Project Scope

 

After a SharePoint upgrade in 2017 did not meet expectations, Wellpath sought a new vendor to support their internal growth and increasing SharePoint needs.

Calance Solution

 

Calance worked with the client to review existing set-up of SharePoint 2010, identify existing customizations to better understand the integrations and to support them. Calance prepared for the upgrade to SharePoint 2013 and completed a third migration to SharePoint-2019 on-premises with minimal user issues maintaining custom-built solutions.

Additionally, Calance developed custom-built solutions in SharePoint to support and improve navigation, HR tools, and a performance appraisal and reward system for 10,000 users.

Results

 

The Calance team has been working with Wellpath since 2017 and has completed three SharePoint upgrades in the past 7 years. We continue to support the client’s existing SharePoint environment, and we have completed development projects with various internal departments to provide custom-built SharePoint solutions that include workflow and integrations with third-party solutions.
